Consistency is a design problem, not a motivation problem

I’ve noticed something about content. The moment it depends on how you feel that day, it becomes inconsistent.

One day you’re motivated, ideas come, you write fast. Another day you open the app, stare at the screen and close it again. Then you start thinking you don’t have time or ideas.

That’s not really the problem. There’s just no system behind it.

If you have to decide from zero every time what to say, you’re already making it harder than it needs to be. That’s where the friction comes from.

What changed things for me was not trying to be more disciplined. It was removing decisions. I don’t ask myself what to post anymore. That part is done before. When I sit down, I just execute.

Consistency is not a motivation problem. It's a design problem.

If your process is heavy, you avoid it. If it’s simple and repeatable, you actually follow through. That’s the difference.
